Christine Harrison brings a health-first approach to community leadership — because a strong Ward 5 starts with the well-being of its people.

I’m running because West Carleton–March deserves a strong, practical voice at City Hall and consistent attention to the issues that shape everyday life here.
My priorities are the fundamentals. Infrastructure needs to keep up with growth. Our roads need fair funding, maintenance and safety improvements.
Our communities need strong emergency preparedness and access to the services they rely on.
Rural residents, farms, businesses and community organizations need a voice that understands their needs. And every decision at City Hall should respect what residents can afford.
Delivering on those priorities takes more than making promises. It means listening before decisions are made, showing up prepared, working with residents, staff and Council, and continuing to push when an issue is not resolved the first time.
I’ll keep residents informed about what I am working on, where an issue stands and what comes next. When there are barriers, I’ll explain them. When there is an opportunity to move a local priority forward, I’ll work to build the support needed to do it.
I’ll listen, I’ll show up, and I’ll work hard to deliver for the communities I’m proud to call home.
"I have had the opportunity to meet with Christine Harrison on several occasions over the past seven months. We
have discussed the various challenges facing ward 5 residents.
I have found Christine to be thoughtful, engaged, and genuinely concerned about community safety, traffic, and
the other
day-to-day issues that affect residents.
She listens, asks informed questions, and has demonstrated a sincere commitment to her community.
I believe that based on my conversations with Christine and my assessment of her approach to public service,
public
safety and a safe prosperous community that she would be an excellent council representative.
I am pleased to confirm my endorsement and support of Christine Harrison in the October 26 election."
